Schoening Home Solutions LLC is a residential remodeling contractor licensed by the State of Iowa. It is a one man operation, run by JT Schoening. He was brought up helping his handyman grandfather with jobs, picking up skills along the way. He eventually worked as a maintenance assistant and maintenance director for a few summer camps, further building his skills. He is a jack of all trades, and not afraid to learn something new.
